1. Return Policy
Customers may request a return if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included with the returned item.
Products that show signs of damage caused by improper use may not be eligible for return.
2. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Customized security system installations
- Products without original packaging or invoice
4. Service Refunds
For CCTV installation services, refunds may not be available once the installation has been completed. However, customers can contact us for technical support or service assistance if any issue occurs.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or before the installation service is scheduled. Once the product has been shipped or the service has been completed, cancellation may not be possible.
